Kredl’s Corner Market Addition

Project is a 7500 sf addition to the existing market, and contract was set up as part lump sum/ part construction management to work with the owner through design & coordination all the way to building completion. This project is full of challenges including being built in an environmentally sensitive area, design requirements from owner as well as keeping existing store open while building throughout the winter.
