Ark Health Collective came to BelleBay Construction with an idea—not a building. Their vision was to transform a former bar into a fully integrated health collective, bringing pharmacy, physiotherapy, and physician services together under one roof while maintaining independent practices. BelleBay led a full interior gut and rebuild, effectively treating the 1989 structure as a new build, coordinating local Sussex-area trades and navigating structural upgrades along the way. When engineering challenges emerged, BelleBay worked proactively with local welders to reinforce the steel frame, keeping the project on track through clear communication and collaborative problem-solving. The result is a modern, community-driven medical facility that delivers seamless care—built with transparency, trust, and local expertise for Ark Health Collective.
